Slovenia
Upon purchase of products worth up to 49,99 EUR, the delivery cost is 3 EUR.Upon purchase of products worth 50 EUR or more, the delivery is free.
Croatia
Upon purchase of products worth up to 149,99 EUR, the delivery cost is 7 EUR.Upon purchase of products worth 150 EUR or more, the delivery is free.
Other EU countries and the rest of the world
Shipping costs depend on each country and will be visible in checkout. The delivery costs are charged on actual rates of Pošta Slovenije.
If you choose to pay on delivery or through PayPalFor products in stock, the dispatch of the ordered goods for the customer is within 1 to 5 business days after confirmation of your order.For products that are not in stock, we inform the customer about the possibility of delivery via e-mail or telephone.

The provider must deliver the goods or service in the promised time period. When placing an order, the customer can determine the address for delivery, which is binding for the provider.

They must ensure all the necessary information about the address that the customer can contact in the case of a complaint and the information about the warranty and repair or any other services after the conclusion of the contract.
In case that the customer (recipient) is not at the address at the time of delivery, the package may be picked up at a post office (to which the package was addressed) in 15 days. If the customer (recipient) does not pick up the package in 15 days, it is send back to the provider.
The contracting partner for shipment delivery is Pošta Slovenije, but the provider retains the right to choose another delivery service, if it can help to complete the contract more efficiently.
